Products that are not useable due to manufacturers' defects will be replaced when the merchandise is returned to our Quality Control department. Returns must be made within 15 days from the date of purchase. Products that have been misused will not be replaced. Clothing that has been worn or altered will not be replaced. When making replacement selections, please provide desired product numbers and complete the Defective Products Form on our site and submit it.

Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise. We reserve the right to substitute out of stock or discontinued items

Damaged merchandise, i.e. broken devices, are replaced or credited at the discretion of Discreet Buyer Customer Service department.

Returned merchandise is subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Seasonal merchandise is not subject to return.

If you receive incorrect merchandise or did not receive merchandise you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Your satisfaction is important to us. Please call for further instructions if you need to return merchandise.

Liability Policy: Your sole and exclusive remedy against Discreet Buyer is limited to the return and replacement of said merchandise. You shall have no right against Discreet Buyer for incidental or consequential damages.

A 15 day refund or exchange policy applies for VHS Videos, VCD's, DVD's, CD-ROM's and Books. If you wish to return an item/s, it must first meet the conditions below:

1. Merchandise must be factory sealed to receive a refund.
   
2. Opened items cannot be returned unless defective.
   
3. Defective movies will be replaced with the same title only.
   
4. Due to our low discounted prices, shipping costs are not refundable. Any items that are defective will be replaced at no additional cost.
   
5. We do not pay for postage/shipping on any returns.
   
6. International customers are responsible for duty taxes and shipping if order is refused.
   
7. Defective novelty items can only be replaced with another of the same item, no substitutions will be made and no refunds will be issued.
   
8. Non-defective novelties may not be returned for any reason.
   
9. Sales are final for all other products. Defective items will be exchanged for the same product only, provided the product was returned to us within 15 days of the date you received your order. After that period, you must contact the original manufacturer for any warranty that may apply.

You must email our support department for an RMA#
(Return Merchandise Authorization) before returning any product!
